Turnkey or complete build costs for a log cabin or home can range from $250 to $350 per square foot, depending on the level of interior finishes that you choose. A more stripped down, simple cabin will run on the lower end of the scale, while a beautifully appointed log home with all modern conveniences and finishes will run at the higher end.

2344 sq ft
This comfortable timber frame log home has a foyer leading to an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, large bathroom, laundry and master bedroom with ensuite on the main floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms and one bathroom compliment a spacious loft that opens to below. The Foxbord Log Home Rancher showcases a porte cochere and a spacious entry. Enjoy the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with a unique family tree feature. The main floor of this full scribe log home features a very open kitchen, dining and great room area with bay window, a large laundry room and a private master suite with walk-in closet and full ensuite. Also on the main floor are multiple access points to not one, but three covered deck areas. On the second floor is a spacious loft area, a full bathroom and two bedrooms that both have access to a second floor deck.
Linn County
3024 sq ft / 5749 sq ft with basement
The Linn County log home is a two-story design that will satisfy those looking for more space. A cozy foyer open up to a wide open living room and kitchen separated by a fireplace on one side and a pizza oven on the other. The kitchen leads out to a spacious and bright sun deck with covered, wrap-around decks on either side. Two bedrooms and a master suite with his and hers closets and full ensuite is also found on this main floor. Downstairs features a two car garage, rec room, lots of extra space for storage or a shop and a large, covered patio.
McFeely Drive
This enchanting McFeely Drive Log Home Design home features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with an open concept layout, perfect for intimate living.
Relax on the covered deck or utilize the one-car garage for added convenience. The garage is a completely optional feature depending on where you are building and what you need.
